How it works

The audit takes two weeks and contains two working sessions. The timeline of a typical process is presented below.

Day 1. I sign NDAs and other agreements, you share everything relevant: product access, deck, brand materials, analytics. No need to prepare anything formal. The more you share, the better the outcomes.

Days 2–3. I review the material and form my initial analysis on what’s broken and why. Like everyone else, I use AI to move fast and cover ground thoroughly. What takes 25 years to develop is knowing which observations matter, what to do about them, and in what order.

Day 4. We meet for a working session either in-person or online. I walk you through my initial hypotheses, you react and add context.

Days 5–8. I finalize the analysis and prepare the deliverables.

Day 9. We go through the findings in another working session, refine them, and align on priorities.

Day 10. I prepare and share the final deliverables.

While we had reserved months for it ourselves,­ Jyrki came and solved our design problem in a week!

Product and Brand Reset

For products that need more than a diagnosis. I fix the coherence problem: positioning, brand, UX, messaging, all as one integrated system.

For products with traction but a leaking funnel. I find the specific points where value is being lost and redesign them.
